At The Top of The Town, we often spend time with people with a disability. We understand your unique needs and can tailor a special meeting to suit you.

We offer these services either at our in-house brothel with 11 rooms available, or as an escort service depending on your needs. The service providers are very professional and discreet when visiting your place of residence in greater Melbourne.

We believe all adults should have the opportunity to explore their sexuality in a safe and supportive environment. We may need to know some things about your disability prior to our appointment.

We often work with parents, carers and other support people to assist in arranging appointments and answering questions about this service so feel free to contact us if you have queries.

An invoice or receipt can be provided for people with funding as required.
